We’re looking for someone creative, content-obsessed, and highly motivated, with a growth mindset to assist with social media for our agency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has an analytical mindset, and communication & copywriting skills. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves all the ins and outs of social media and creative advertising. 

This individual will work closely with the Social Media Manager and report to the Vice President & ACD, and have the opportunity to work throughout the agency as needed with creative and account management teams. Position is a part-time paid internship with no set end date and will be based out of our office in Richmond, VA. Part-Time Internship (~6 hours/week)


• Drive organic growth & engagement with internal accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Curate the tone and messaging of media platforms, consistent with the agency’s brand

• Create smart, fun, and engaging written content for blog posts, newsletters, and social media

• Plan and publish a regular stream of content that aligns with agency’s target audiences

• Analyze data from social media platforms to identify and address areas for improvement


• Passion for copywriting and content creation and an interest in advertising trends, marketing best practices, and the creative industry.

• Proven track record and expertise in organic social media and content creation & strategy.

• Expertise in social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Either working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, communications, copywriting) or a recent graduate.
