POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering visual designs for various digital media channels. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will work collaboratively with other creatives and account managers to deliver innovative and compelling digital and traditional solutions that drive campaign performance for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Ability to create HTML email campaigns.
  • Experience working in WordPress. HTML skills a plus.
  • Familiarity with User Interface (UI) design, User Experience (UX) design, and Interactive design.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure design solutions are effective and meet project requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills that allow you to articulate design concepts clearly and convincingly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of typography, color, and composition principles.
  • Print production knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to work proficiently under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an advertising agency, digital agency, or start-up is a plus.
