POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for someone creative, content-obsessed, and highly motivated, with a growth mindset to assist with social media for our agency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has an analytical mindset, and excellent communication & copywriting skills. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves all the ins and outs of social media and creative advertising. Client industries will include: automotive, outdoor adventure, food and beverage, healthcare, and home furnishings.

 

This individual will work closely with and report to the Social Media Manager, they will also have the opportunity to work throughout the agency as needed with creative and account management teams. Position is a part-time paid internship with no set end date and will be based out of our office in Richmond, VA. (10-20 hours/week)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive organic growth & engagement with accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Tiktok 
  • Create smart, fun, and engaging content for social media
  • Plan, publish and schedule a regular stream of content that aligns with client and agency target audiences
  • Analyze data from social media platforms to identify and address areas for improvement

ABOUT YOU:

  • Passion for social trends, copywriting and content creation and an interest in marketing best practices, and the creative industry
  • Proven track record and expertise in organic social media and content creation & strategy
  • Expertise in social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Either working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, communications, copywriting) or a recent graduate
